Aurora return for their annual appearance at the BBC Proms, on August 16th and 17th, 2025, featuring a memorised performance of Shostakovich’s 5th Symphony. In the first half, Nicholas and actors will delve into the political and historical context surrounding the composition of this much-loved work.
Aurora will also perform the Shostakovich in the Edinburgh Festival, as well as in Bremen and Bonn (Germany)
