Aurora will perform Beethoven’s 5th symphony from memory alongside Shostakovich’s 1st violin concerto with Patricia Kopachinskaya on August 2nd. Nicholas will then return on August 26th with the Finnish Radio SO and Pekka Kuusisto, performing Debussy’s La Mer, Vaughan-Williams’ ‘Lark Ascending’ a UK premiere from Thomas Adès and Sibelius’ 5th symphony.
