Nicholas returns to conduct the Gürzenich Orchestra Cologne in three concerts at the Kölner Philharmonie this month. They will perform Webern Six Pieces for Orchestra, Schnittke’s Viola Concerto with soloist Lawrence Power and R. Strauss ‘Alpine’ Symphony on 7, 8 & 9 July.
Towards the end of August, Nicholas will conduct the Residentie Orkest in the Netherlands and the Aurora Orchestra in the UK and Germany.
